The following table lists troubleshooting that may occur during software downloads:

• Decrease timeout (default is 30 sec) at the TFTP server and
at the SPR
• Increase retry transmissions (default is 5)
• WipManage: verify TFTP server is running and that its
outbound path is correctly pointing to the folder in which the
software version is located.
• WipConfig: verify path is correctly pointing to the folder in
which the software version is located
