2.2 .2 POWER SUPPLY WIRING

NOTE: Refer to installation drawing 1020-7.
WARNING: Turn off main power before installing AC connections to the FUS1020 NEMA Type 4
flowmeter. Contact with exposed wiring may lead to fire, electric shock, or serious
personal injury.
Using a cross-head screwdriver, remove the six #8 securing screws from the Keypad Enclosure
Cover and remove cover.
Loosen the captive setscrew securing the Power Enclosure Cover and remove cover.
To determine type of power connection refer to the following part numbers:
1020N*-S = AC Power or 1020N*-Z = DC Power
Pull either the AC or DC wires through flowmeter case cable hole.
Locate power plug P1. Loosen P1 connector screws.
Wire input AC or DC power wires to the appropriate screws and tighten screws securely.
NOTE: Power Supply connector wires should be stripped stranded or solid conductors AWG
12 -18.

Replace Power Enclosure Cover and tighten setscrew.
Connect the power cables to the appropriate power source (100-240 VAC @ 50/60 Hz or 9-36
VDC) and power up unit.
