Sets the position of the left marker or queries
the current setting.

<time> = 0.00 ns to 998.99 ns
However, it must be at least 1 ns smaller than
the right marker (in steps of 10 ps).

Function
Sets the position of the right marker or queries
the current setting.
Syntax
:HHIStogram:MARKer:RIGHt {<time>}
:HHIStogram:MARKer:RIGHt?
<time> = 1.00 ns to 999.99 ns
However, it must be at least 1 ns or greater than
the left marker (in steps of 10 ps).
