Description You can perform this setting or query only when
DISPlay:SCALe (meter scale) is set to SECond.

However, it must be at least 1 ns smaller than
the right marker (in steps of 10 ps).

<time> = 1.00 ns to 999.99 ns
However, it must be at least 1 ns or greater than
the left marker (in steps of 10 ps).
