Function Queries the maximum value.
Syntax :CALCulation:MAXimum?
Example :CALCULATION:MAXIMUM?

Description If the statistical value is not valid, or if

calculation) is ON, "NAN" is returned in
response to a query.

Function Queries the minimum value.
