Collecting User-Mode Process Dump

The diagnostic information related to application errors can be collected.
For details, see Chapter 1 (7.2 How to Create a User-Mode Process Dump File) in "Installation Guide
(Windows)".
4.4

Collecting Memory Dump

The contents of memory when an error has occurred can be collected as a memory dump file. You can specify
any location for saving the memory dump file. For details, see Chapter 1 (7.1 Specifying Memory Dump Settings
(Debug Information)) in "Installation Guide (Windows)".
Consult with your sales representative before dumping the memory. Dumping the memory while the server is in
operating normally will affect the system operation.
Press DUMP Switch to save the dump file if an error occurs. Insert a metal pin (a straightened large paper clip will
make a substitute) into the switch hole to press DUMP Switch.
Pressing DUMP Switch saves the dump file in the specified folder. Memory dumping will not be available if the
server halts.
Important
Do not reset during dumping memory or restarting the server even if the
"virtual memory shortage" message appears.
If the server is using the array system and the array disk is not ready to
boot, dump data will not be acquired.
