[?] When N8403-034/034F is used, the names of the Fibre Channel controllers may appear with different
names on Device Manager
→ When N8403-034/034F is used on Windows, a different controller name may be displayed per
controller in Device Manager. It is not a problem in operating the system.
To display correct controller name, run the following command stored in EXPRESSBUILDER
DVD and reboot the system.

Windows Server 2012
