Chapter 2 Useful Features
(a) Left screen
The Physical Device connected to this RAID controller is displayed in the tree view.
Drive Group
Shows configured drive group and its RAID level.
Virtual Drives
Shows configured logical drive.
Drives
The Physical Device used for creating the Virtual Drive is displayed.
Available Size
The maximum value of the size of the Virtual Drive that can be additionally created in the Drive Group is
displayed in blue.
Hot spare drives
Unsupported.
Unconfigured drives
The Physical Devices that are not used for creating the Drive Group/Virtual Drive and not set as the Hot Spare
disk are displayed in a list.
(b) The right panel
The detailed information on the item where a cursor is placed in the configuration screen is displayed.
