Enables or disables the memory RAS feature (Demand

Displays the basic memory capacity.

(display only) Displays current memory operating frequency.
(display only) Supported is displayed when mirroring feature is available in the
current memory configuration and Mirroring is specified for
Memory RAS Mode.
(display only) Supported is displayed when sparing feature is available in the
current memory configuration and Sparing is specified for
Memory RAS Mode.
(display only) Supported is displayed when Lock Step feature is available in
the current memory configuration and Lock Step is specified for
Memory RAS Mode.
(display only) Displays the capacity and status of each DIMM.
Number: Indicates the memory capacity and that the DIMM is
working normally.
Number (Mirrored / Lock Step / Spared): Indicates the memory
capacity and specified mode (Mirrored / Lock Step / Spared)
in memory RAS mode.
Number (Error): Indicates the memory capacity and failed
DIMM.
Disabled: Indicates the DIMM has been degraded due to a
memory error.
Not Present: Indicates that no DIMM is installed.
