Data transmission communication
Presently the R1000 uses an I/O configuration for the cyclical data exchange with the master. This
means that for each transmission direction 1 parameter channel (8 Byte) as well as one process
channel has been provided. In contrast to the UDK10 (4 Byte) with the UDK20 16 byte for the
process channel are used.
The following table shows the layout of the communication facility:
The R1000 is controlled by the process channel and via the parameter channel all systems and
program data are accessible.
