Configure the energy save timers
Use energy save timers to automatically shut down and awake the printer for the recurring
periods that the printer is not productive, for example overnight or over the weekend. The timers
ensure that you save energy and that the printer is ready when the first jobs are planned. When
you manually awake a printer in shut-down mode, the warm-up time can be longer than you
wish.
1. Enable and configure the sleep mode. (
2. Use the [Automatic wake-up] function to enable the automatic wake up from sleep mode.

4. Set the wake-up timers. Indicate for each day if an automatic wake-up occurs. Define the
wake-up time per day.
