When the SZ-rollers in the print module are polluted, registration and image quality problems
may occur.

Before you begin
You need the following items:
• Access rights to the maintenance tasks and the configuration settings
• Cleaning cloths (Alphawipe pads Texwipe TX1004)
• Bottle of process maintenance liquid (PML)
NOTE
• In order to keep your hands clean, it is advised to use nitrile gloves when you work with ink,

• When you spill any liquid, wipe up the drops with disposable towels and transfer the used
towels to a sealable container appropriate for disposal.

Action
1 1. On the control panel touch
[System]→[Maintenance]→
[Unlock print module] to un-
lock the doors of the print
module.
2. Enter your credentials.
2 Open the lower and the upper front doors of the print module.
