AT+IPR Set local baud rate temporarily

Description
This command sets the baud rate of module's serial interface temporarily, after reboot the baud rate
is set to default value. The default value is 115200.

The rate, in bits per second, at which the DTE-DCE interface should operate. Currently, the
following
0,75,150,300,600,1200,2400,4800,7200,9600,14400,19200,28800,38400,57600,115200,230400,46
0800,921600. If unspecified, or set to zero, automatic detection is selected, and the character format
is forced to auto detect.
