AT+CGQMIN Quality of service profile (minimum acceptable)

Description
This command allows the TE to specify a minimum acceptable profile which is checked by the MT
against the negotiated profile returned in the Activate PDP Context Accept message.A special form
of the set command,AT+CGQMIN=<cid>
number <cid> to become undefined.

causes the minimum acceptable profile for context
