enabled, and busy detection is disabled.
3 CONNECT <text> result code is given upon entering online data state. Dial tone detection is
disabled, and busy detection is enabled.
4 CONNECT <text> result code is given upon entering online data state. Dial tone and busy
detection are both enabled.
