The WDT is so called the Watch Dog Timer. It monitors the CPU's operation.
The WFI is the status that the power domains of the CXD5602 is waiting for an
interrupt to enter into sleep mode.
The XOSC is the internal oscillator block.
Refer to Section 3.5.3.2.
"Processor" means Cortex
bit RISC in the CXD5602.
