During the media family calibration PRISMAsync Print Server calculates the differences between
the measured values and the target (output profile) values for each of the C, M, Y, and K channel
colours. At the time the output profile was created, the CMYK values calculated by the output
profile exactly matched the measured Lab values of the colours that were printed on the media.

Calibration charts
The media family calibration wizard informs you how you must perform the procedure. The
media family procedure prints calibration charts on target media. The charts represent the actual
colour behaviour on the front side and the back side of the media of that media family. The
calibration chart has solid patches (100% primary colour) and patches with tones (from 0% to
100%j primary colour).
