Job filtering is useful when you want to limit the amount of jobs to select from.
The [Filter] menu is available in all locations.

Description
Unselect all jobs.
Select new jobs.
Select printed jobs.
Description
Show only jobs that use certain media.
Show only jobs that use a certain output tray.
Show only jobs that use media that are in paper trays.
Show only jobs that use a certain job label.
Remove the filter and show all jobs.
