communication operations with any Message-Based device,
including the 1260-00C itself, regardless of whether or not it is the
1260-00C's Servant.
The Word Serial communication commands and queries
are intended for debugging purposes. Racal-Dana does
not guarantee these commands will work when other
Word Serial paths are open, such as the GPIB address
