Remote Access Mode [56.4.03.2]
Use this option to control access authorization and whether the remote session is initiated
from the panel or a computer.
1=Direct Access
Use this option to permit access at any time (in conjunction with Access period). Access is
initiated from Remote Servicing. Once access is authorized/initiated, uploading,
downloading and remote servicing can begin.
2=Manager Authorize
Use this option to require site manager authorization prior to remote access. There are two
methods of doing this:
Timed Access – Remote Servicing must access the panel within 40 minutes of this option
being enabled (see option 47.1.2.0). Once connected there is no time limit on the access
period. On terminating the connection, Remote Servicing can re-access the system within 15
minutes of the termination.
Call Back – the manager programmes the panel to initiate a connection to the Remote
Servicing computer (see option 47.1.2.1) by selecting one of the Call back IP addresses
programmed into the system.

Autotest [56.4.04]
Use this option to automatically transmit an engineer test to the Receiving Station at
programmed intervals.
1=Start Time
Enter the time the first engineer test is transmitted. Subsequent engineer
test transmissions are offset by the value assigned in the Intervals option.
2=Intervals
Sets the period between engineer test transmissions following the Start
Time. The range is 0 to 99 hours.
Engineer Test [56.4.05]
Use this option to send an engineer test on each of the transmission paths to ensure that the
receiving station is receiving events correctly, once the appropriate IP address/port no, and
account numbers have been programmed into the system.
When you select this option a warning message is displayed, WARNING!!! ENT=SEND
MESSAGE.

There are 5 possible IP address/Port number destinations that can be
programmed, allowing communication with up to five different
Remote Servicing locations.
1=IP Address Enter the IP address of the PC running the Remote
Servicing application.
2=Port No.
Enter the port number allocated to Remote Servicing
on the PC (default is 10001).
