Battery time (when fully charged)
The battery time varies according to how the battery pack is charged or the environment in which the
equipment is used.

The guideline of the continuous call time is measured in the following conditions:
• Maximum Power transmission/Battery save
• Sleep mode
The guideline of the continuous standby time is measured with the normal reception status while moving.
Note that the call time and standby time may by shortened to half of the guideline defined in the following
cases:
• Battery charge status
• Settings of the function
• Temperature and other environment of use
• Reception quality where the mobile phone is used (no radio reach, radio frequency too weak to receive, etc.).
The standby time is shorter when calling/communicating in i-mode.
The call/communication and standby time is shorter when creating i-mode mail or running
i-αppli downloaded, though you may not make any call or execute i-mode communications.
Charging with the AC adaptor

After attaching the battery pack
open the terminal cover at the bottom of
the Digital Mova. Then connect the
connector of the AC adaptor with the
warning label facing upward to the
external connection terminal.

Flip up the power plug of the AC adaptor
and connect it to the AC100V power outlet.
Charging starts and the Charge indicator lights up in red. When charging is completed, the Charge
indicator goes off. When charging with the power turned on while the Digital Mova is open,
flashes during charging and
When you charge the Digital Mova during the [Sleep mode]
mode indicator lights up in red. At this time, the indicator flashes in green at constant intervals. Be
sure that is not malfunction of the battery pack.

When the battery pack is fully charged, disconnect the connector of the AC adaptor from the
Digital Mova by pushing the lock buttons.
*Close the terminal cover.

Disconnect the power plug of the AC adaptor from the AC100V power outlet.
*When you are not going to use the Digital Mova for a long time, be sure to disconnect the power plug of the
AC adaptor from the AC100V power outlet.
If you charge with the power turned on, the charging time may be longer than that in the guideline
table.
