Receiving mail
When the i-mode center receives mail for you, it is sent from the i-mode center to the Digital
Mova.You can save up to 150 incoming mail in the Digital Mova.

Check
• You cannot use the mail service on the day you
subscribe. It is available from 9:00 am of the next day.
• The i-mode center may not accept mail with
extremely large size.
• You cannot send/receive a clipped file in the
i-mode mail. If mail includes a clipped file, it is
deleted at the i-mode center and only the text is
received. When a clipped file is deleted, the
message [

up to 500 one-byte/250 two-byte characters
including the message. In some cases, the

unknown error is replied to the sender.

• When you press

mail, the reception is canceled.
• If you receive new mail when 150 IN Mail is already
saved, the saved mail is overwritten with the new
one. But locked mail is not overwritten.
When the Digital Mova receives mail, the i-mode
center deletes the mail. It is recommended to protect
mail you want to keep by [protect on].
Hint
• When you press

ｓｅｌｅｃｔ
the unread mail/message list screen, the IN Mail
list screen appears. If you select newly IN Mail,
the detail screen appears.
• When [Incoming] of [Auto play]
turned [ON], and you receive mail including a
melody, the melody is automatically played.
• When mail arrives at the i-mode center and you
cannot receive the mail because the power is not
turned on or during a call, you are out of the i-mode
service area or while software is running
the i-mode center will keep mail. You can receive
the mail by [Message inquiry].
• You can receive mail text with up to 250 two-byte/500
one-byte characters. If the text exceeds this limit, you
will find a / or // inserted at the end of the character limit
and the exceeding parts are automatically deleted.
• You can change the font size of the mail text.
