About PIN (Personal Identification Number)
Useful and active code
The Digital Mova includes several convenient functions that require your PIN. In addition to this PIN, there are
two more PINs, one for the services you have subscribed and the other for the i-mode password. As a result,
three PINs or passwords are used to operate the Digital Mova .
qPINs for each function
This PIN is set to "0000" at default. You can change it to your favorite number.
This PIN is necessary when using the following functions.
delete all/reset of each function
delete up to ysd./delete to lst
mth of the Schedule function
ON/OFF of the Secret mode of each
function
ON/OFF of the Caller ID
ON/OFF of add. book block
ON/OFF of Dial lock
ON/OFF of Auto lock
ON/OFF of Outgo. block
wPIN used for the services you need to subscribe
This PIN is necessary to use the Voice Mail Service
and FAX Retrieval Service
You cannot change this PIN using the Digital Mova or other phones.
ePassword for i-mode
This password is necessary when registering/deleting [My Menu], and subscribing to the Message Service
or charged sites of i-mode. This password is set to "0000" at default. You can change the password to your
favorite number.
* You can change your password from 9:00 a.m. on the next day of your application.
There may be several passwords each IP (Information Provider) sets individually.
Check
• If you forget your PINs, you are requested to come to us with the Digital Mova and identification (e.g. driver's
license) to prevent it from being changed by other persons.
• To prevent trouble, change the PIN for each service to your favorite one after subscription. It is advisable to
take note of your PIN.
