i-mode center within a time set in
the connection setting.
• You have not filled in all items, so
you cannot register the
connection number of i-mode.
• The total number of characters of
contents and the signature in the
mail is over 500 one-byte characters,
so you cannot insert your signature.
• As a result of quoting a part of
the IN Mail text, the number of
characters of the mail exceeds
500 one-byte characters.
Therefore, a part of the contents
is deleted.
• The selected folder does not
contain IN Mail.
• The selected folder does not
contain no OUT Mail.
• When you search the mail, there
is no mail corresponding to the
keyword.
• The name is already registered
with an existing folder.
• Your signature is not registered,
so you cannot insert your
signature in the mail.
• No original melody is registered,
so you cannot paste a melody to
the mail.
• The data size of the selected
melody is too large, so you
cannot paste the melody to the
mail.
Solutions
• Try to connect to the i-mode
center again or wait for a while.
• After filling in all items, register
the connection number.
• Reduce the number of
characters
or send the mail without inserting
your signature.
• Edit the contents if necessary.
• Select a folder in which IN Mail is
saved.
• Select a folder in which Out Mail
is saved.
• Enter a new keyword and search
for the mail again.
• Enter a different name for the
new folder.
• Register your signature.
• Download a melody.
• Edit an original melody.
• Reduce the number of characters
of the subject or text of the mail,
then paste the melody or select a
smaller size melody.
