Advanced use of the battery pack
To make full use of the abilities of the Digital Mova, be sure to use only the dedicated
battery pack.
Life of the battery pack
The battery pack is one of the consumable. The usable duration of any rechargeable
battery decreases each time it is charged.
When the usable duration of the battery becomes almost half compared to the new one,
the battery life may be over. (The life of the battery pack is about one year. However, the
life of the battery is shorter with frequent use.)
Disposal of the used battery
For the environmental preservation, be sure to bring the unnecessary battery
to the agents, dealers of NTT DoCoMo or recycling shops.
Charging the battery pack
Charging
• At purchase, the battery pack is not fully charged. Charge it using the dedicated
charger.
• When connected to AC adaptor, table holder, DC adaptor or car adaptor, be sure to
attach the battery pack to the Digital Mova. You cannot charge the battery pack unless
it is attached to the Digital Mova.
• When disconnecting the connector of the AC adaptor, DC adaptor or Car adaptor from
the Digital Mova, be sure to disconnect it by pressing the battery pack lock buttons on
both sides of the connector. Trying to remove it forcibly may damage the connector.
• If the Charge indicator of the Digital Mova flashes in red, remove and attach the
battery pack again.
Cancel charging immediately and consult us.
Recharging time (guideline)
The following recharging times (guideline) are based on when the power of the Digital
Mova is turned off and the battery pack is empty. The recharging time may be longer
when the power is turned on.
