FAX Retrieval Service
This is an optional service (charged) that requires you to subscribe.

This service receives a FAX sent to the FAX Retrieval Service number at the FAX
Retrieval Service Center, when you are in a place without radio wave reception, you
cannot receive the FAX with a portable facsimile or when the power is turned off,
however you can receive the FAX at your convenient timing.
◎ You can access the FAX Retrieval Service Center from any place in Japan.
◎ If you subscribe to the FAX Retrieval Service, a FAX number is provided separately from the current phone number of the
Digital Mova. The FAX Retrieval Service Center receives only a FAX to the FAX Retrieval Service number.
◎ Up to 10 FAXes, that is up to 100 sheets of A4 size paper, can be stored at the FAX Retrieval Service Center.
* This means the limit is reached when about 100 pieces of paper are stored, even if the maximum 10 of FAXes is not
reached.
◎ The received FAXes are stored for 72 hours.
◎ The FAX Retrieval Service Center receives FAX in A4 size paper. Therefore, if the size of the FAX sent is larger than A4
size, it is reduced when you receive it, and when the size of the sent FAX is A4 or smaller size, you can receive the FAX of
the same size as the original one.
◎ You can send a FAX stored at the FAX Retrieval Service Center to another facsimile.
◎ You can access the FAX Retrieval Service from a push tone type ground phone or payphone using the four-digit PIN you
specify on subscription.
* This may not apply depending on the FAX type of the sender.
◎ You cannot access the FAX Retrieval Service from a mobile/PDA (car phone) from Ogasawara in Tokyo, Kita-daito and
Minami-daito in Okinawa Prefecture.
