Notifying you of a FAX at the FAX Retrieval Service Center
When there is a FAX for you at the FAX Retrieval Service Center and you send or
receive a call,
When you want to know if there is a FAX for you at the FAX
Retrieval Service Center

Select [Settings] / [Service] / [Service inq.]
from the menu

Confirm [Yes] is selected and press

• The function of [Service inq.] is available for you to use when you subscribe to the Voice Mail Service or
the FAX Retrieval Service.
• When there is no Voice Message or FAX, a warning sound is emitted and the message "No data"
appears.
• If you cannot inquire to the center, a warning sound is emitted and the message "Inquiring is not
accepted" appears.
• If the call is cut off during a call or the reception condition is poor, the service inquiry may not be
available.
• The icon
Center or you delete/save it. When you turn off the power of the Digital Mova, the icon disappears, but it
appears again when you originate or receive a call.
• In certain cases, you may not be able to confirm the message stored after the service inquiry.
• You cannot use [Service inq.] during i-mode.
• The number of mail may appear for the [Service inq.] result.
