Sending mail from IN/OUT Box or originating a call from In Mail
You can directly send mail to the other party's E-mail address or directly originate a call to
the sender of the mail that is saved in the [Call record ](Redial, Frequently Dialed, In).
Sending E-mail from the Call
record
When E-mail address registered in the
[Call record] is saved in Address book, you
can select the E-mail address and send E-
mail directly.
Example: Sending mail from the incoming
record.

• When five addresses are already set, you cannot
select the [add address].
• Though you send the same mail to several
addresses, only one copy of that mail sent is saved.
Though that mail failed to send, if there is even one
address in which the mail was successfully sent, and

there is an address in which send failed, then there
will be a total of 2 mail saved (1 Sent and 1 Unsent).
• You need more than 2 openings in the OUT Box
to add an address. If a total of 19 unsent mail
