Warranty
Note that the Digital Mova comes with a warranty. Make sure that you receive the warranty certificate when
you purchase the Digital M o v a .
Check to see that the name of the retailer and date of purchase, along with other details have been
completed, and keep the warranty certificate in a safe place.
If the necessary details have not been completed on the warranty certificate, immediately ask the retailer to
do this.
The Digital Mova is guaranteed for a period of one year from the date of your purchase.
This product including accessories is subject to change in part or whole without notice for improvement.
After sales services
If you have a problem with your phone
Before requesting repairs, refer to "Trouble Shooting, Check Your Operations" of this manual to see if the
problem can be remedied.
If the Digital Mova still does not work properly, after attempting all corrective measures, contact one of the
following DoCoMo group numbers.

Warranty period
The Digital Mova will be repaired in accordance with the description in the warranty.
*Note that the warranty (though during validity period) may not cover repairs if we discover corrosion
due to condensation or getting the phone wet, or if we find the circuit board is damaged or deformed.
After the warranty period expires
We will provide repairs at a cost if the repairs can restore operations.
Stock period to provide parts
The (functional) parts necessary to repair the Digital Mova shall be made available for a minimum of six
years after the product is discontinued. Note that repairs may be possible, depending on the malfunction,
even if the stock period has expired. Contact the above phone number for more information.
