Charging with the DC adaptor
The DC adaptor is for DC12V/24V. It enables you to charge by using the cigar lighter
socket in your car.

Open the terminal cover at the
bottom of the Digital Mova. Then
connect the connector of the DC
adaptor with the warning label facing
upward to the external connection
terminal.

Connect the plug of the DC adaptor
to the cigar lighter socket.
Charging starts when the power indicator
of the DC adaptor lights up in green and
the Charge indicator of the Digital Mova
lights up in red.
When charging is completed, the
Charge indicator goes off. When
charging with the power turned on while
the Digital Mova is open,
on the screen. When you charge the Digital Mova during the [Sleep mode]
Charge indicator/Sleep mode indicator lights up in red. At this time, the indicator flashes in
green at constant intervals. Be sure that is not malfunction of the battery pack.

When charging is completed, disconnect the connector of the DC adaptor from the
Digital Mova by pushing the lock buttons.
*Close the terminal cover.

Disconnect the plug of the DC adaptor from the cigar lighter socket.
Check
• The DC adaptor is only for the vehicle with negative grounding. Do not use it in a vehicle with positive
grounding.
• The DC adaptor may not be connected to some kinds of vehicles. If the plug does not fit, use a conversion
socket (optional).
• When you are not using the DC adaptor or you leave your car, be sure to disconnect the plug of the DC
adaptor from the cigar lighter socket and also disconnect the connector of the DC adaptor from the Digital
Mova. If you use the DC adaptor with the engine turned off, the battery of your car may be drained. Be sure to
turn the engine on while using the DC adaptor.
• The DC adaptor uses a 1.0A fuse. When the fuse is blown, replace it with a new one.
