Operating i-mode from the GPS
You can access a site from the GPS or send/receive the i-mode mail if
you connect to the i-mode compatible GPS.
When you connect the Digital Mova to the i-mode compatible GPS, the
standby screen is displayed like the screen in this page.
The operation relating to i-mode can be excuted only with the GPS
when the Digital Mova is connected to the GPS.
Refer to the instruction manual of the i-mode compatible GPS for
operating them.
Check
• When you disconnect the GPS from the Digital Mova during i-mode, i-mode is terminated.
Hint
• i ppli does not operate over the GPS.
• You can answer a call while connected to the GPS.
• If you receive mail/message while connected to the GPS, it is saved to the GPS.
• Refer to the instruction manual of the i-mode compatible GPS for operating them or call each i-mode
compatible GPS service office.

Operating i-mode from the PlayStation
You can also connect the Digital Mova to a PlayStation to browse i-mode sites (contents)
on a television monitor or even send/receive i-mode mail. What's more, you can acquire
and exchange data necessary to play a game with some i-mode compatible PlayStation
software.
Check
• i ppli does not operate over i-mode compatible PlayStation machines. (as on April,2001)
• Depending on the type of i-mode compatible PlayStation software, not all i-mode compatible Digital Mova
operations will be possible though a Digital Mova is connected.
• To use the i-mode compatible PlayStation software with i-mode you will need the Digital Mova, mobile phone
connection cable, PlayStation and i-mode compatible Play Station software.
