Rung 0:
Enables the Feed and Cut axes when you press the
servo_on button.
Rung 1:
Jogs the Feed axis in the positive direction when you
press the jog_plus button.
Rung 2:
Jogs the Feed axis in the reverse direction when you
press the jog_minus button.
Rung 3:
Stops the Feed axis when you release with the
jog_plus button or the jog_minus button.
