Explanation of display
1:
Name / call number of caller and call number of the ACD group. If the
ACD group call number is assigned to a user, the user name is
displayed.
2:
Name of ACD group through which the call is coming
3:
Caller priority: VIP = VIP caller or
S-VIP = Super VIP caller
