4. Chart Type: Select the desired display format for evaluation.
5. Start, Period: Select the start time from which the saved data are to be
evaluated and the evaluation period.
6. Agent: Select the agent whose ACD long-time statistic you wish to
compile (agents statistic).
7. Select the values you want to present in charts:
