When 'External power supply READY flag' (X7) does not turn on

Check the module according to the following procedure.
Check item
Is the external power supply 24VDC supplied?
(1) Is the external power supply correctly wired?
(2) Is the external power supply 24VDC supplied within the specified range?
The case other than the above
If the D/A converter module does not operate properly even after the above actions are taken, the module
may be failed. Please consult your local Mitsubishi representative.
Action
Check the synchronization status monitor.
If the monitor status is inter-module synchronization non-target (0), the
module used is not set as a target module to be synchronized.
Set the module as a target module to be synchronized in the system
parameter setting of GX Works3.
Check that 'Offset/gain setting mode flag' (XA) is off, and the operation mode
setting is normal mode.
If the normal mode (D/A conversion process) is not set, set the operation
mode setting to the normal mode (D/A conversion process) in the module
parameter setting of GX Works3.
Set the operation switch to RUN. In addition, when the stop error occurred,
refer to the following to eliminate the cause.
Page 106 Error Code List
Check CH D/A conversion enable/disable setting and set D/A conversion
enable.
Turn on and off 'Operating condition setting request' (Y9) to enable the
parameter setting of the output function.
Check the status of 'CH Output enable/disable flag' (Y1 to Y8).
If 'CH Output enable/disable flag' (Y1 to Y8) is off, correct the program.
When the synchronization output is performed, the value of CH
Synchronization digital value must be written in the inter-module synchronous
interrupt program.
To execute the inter-module synchronous interrupt program, the EI instruction
must be executed in the program. Execute the EI instruction.
For the synchronization output, a value must be written to CH
Synchronization digital value.
When CH Digital value is used, correct the program to write a value to CH
Synchronization digital value.
Check 'External power supply READY flag' (X7), and if the flag is off, supply
24VDC to the external power supply terminals (R60DA4: pin number 16, 17,
R60DAV8/R60DAI8: pin number 17, 18).
Action
(1) Wire the external power supply by referring to the "External Wiring".
