Description and cause
• For normal output:
A value outside the range is set for CH Digital
value.
• For wave output:
A value outside the setting range is set to part of
'Wave data registry area' (Un\G10000 to
Un\G89999), which is used for a wave outputting
channel.
A value other than 0 and 1 is set in CH Scaling
enable/disable setting.
A value other than -32000 to 32000 is set in CH
Scaling lower limit value or CH Scaling upper limit
value.
CH Scaling upper limit value is equal to CH
Scaling lower limit value.
A value other than 0 and 1 is set in CH Alert
output setting.
Values that do not satisfy the following relation are
set in CH Alert output upper limit value and CH
Alert output lower limit value:
Upper limit value > Lower limit value
A value other than 0 and 1 is set in CH Rate
control enable/disable setting.
A value other than 0 to 64000 is set in CH
Increase digital limit value or CH Decrease digital
limit value.
A disconnection is detected in CH.
A value outside the range is set for CH Wave
output start/stop request.
Wave output mode is selected in the output mode
setting, and the user range setting is selected in the
output range setting.
A value outside the range of 0 to 2 is set to CH
Output setting during wave output stop.
A value outside the setting range is set in CH
Output value during wave output stop.
A value outside the setting range is set in CH
Wave pattern start address setting.
A value other than 1 to 80000 is set in CH Wave
pattern data points setting.
A value outside the setting range is set in CH
Wave pattern output repetition setting.
A value outside the range of 1 to 5000 is set to CH
Constant for wave output conversion cycle.
A value other than 0 and 1 is set to Step action wave
output request.
Action
Set an appropriate value for CH Digital value.
Set a value within the setting range to the
corresponding area of 'Wave data registry area'
(Un\G10000 to Un\G89999), which is used for
the error channel.
Set CH Scaling enable/disable setting to 0 or
1.
Set CH Scaling lower limit value and CH
Scaling upper limit value to -32000 to 32000.
Set CH Scaling upper limit value and CH
Scaling lower limit value as the scaling upper
limit value  the scaling lower limit value.
Set CH Alert output setting to 0 or 1.
Set values so that CH Alert output upper limit
value is larger than CH Alert output lower limit
value.
Set 0 or 1 for CH Rate control enable/disable
setting.
Set a value within 0 to 64000 in CH Increase
digital limit value and CH Decrease digital
limit value.
Eliminate the cause of the disconnection of the
corresponding channel, and turn on and off
'Error clear request' (YF).
Set one of the following values to CH Wave
output start/stop request.
• Wave output stop request (0)
• Wave output start request (1)
• Wave output pause request (2)
• When using the wave output function, set a
value other than the user range setting for the
output range in the output range setting.
• If the user range setting is set, set the output
mode setting to the normal output mode in
the module parameter setting.
Set one of the following values to CH Output
setting during wave output stop.
• 0V/0mA (0)
• Offset value (1)
• Setting value during stop (2)
Set CH Output value during wave output stop
to fall within the range. The setting range varies
depending on the setting of the output range.
-10 to 10V: -32000 to 32000
4 to 20mA, 0 to 20mA, 1 to 5V, 0 to 5V: 0 to
32000
Set CH Wave pattern start address setting to
10000 to 89999.
Set CH Wave pattern data points setting to 1
to 80000.
Set one of the following values to CH Wave
pattern output repetition setting.
• Unlimitedly repeat output (-1)
• Specified number of times (1 to 32767)
Set CH Constant for wave output conversion
cycle to 1 to 5000.
Set 0 or 1 to Step action wave output request.
