Wave output data can be easily created by using "Create Wave Output Data" of the engineering tool. These contents are
written to the file registers (ZR) of the CPU module or CSV files.
Parameter settings for the wave output function
To use the wave output function, the parameters of the wave output function are required to be set on the "Create Wave
Output Data" window.
