When an analog value is not output

Check item
Is the external power supply 24VDC supplied?
Is there any problem with wiring, such as off or disconnection of analog signal
lines?
Is the CPU module in the STOP status?
Is the offset/gain setting in the user range setting correct?
Is the output range setting correct?
Is D/A conversion disabled set to D/A conversion enable/disable setting of the
channel to output a value?
Is 'CH Output enable/disable flag' (Y1 to Y8) of the channel to output a value
off?
Is the program to write a digital value correct?
Has 'Operating condition setting request' (Y9) been executed?
Corrective action
Check 'External power supply READY flag' (X7), and if the flag is off, supply
24VDC to the external power supply terminals (R60DA4: pin number 16, 17,
R60DAV8/R60DAI8: pin number 17, 18).
Check the faulty area by checking the signal line visually or conductively.
Change the status of the CPU module to RUN.
When the output range setting is set to the user range setting (current) or user
range setting (voltage), turn on and off 'Operating condition setting request'
(Y9), and compare the values of CH User range setting offset value and
CH User range setting gain value with the values in the range reference
tables. (Page 93 Range reference table)
If the stored values are not desired offset/gain values, perform the offset/gain
setting again.
Check CH Range setting monitor in the monitor of the engineering tool.
If the output range setting is incorrect, correct the output range setting of the
engineering tool or setting of CH Range setting.
Check CH D/A conversion enable/disable in the monitor of the engineering
tool, and set D/A conversion enable/disable setting to D/A conversion enabled
with the sequence program or the engineering tool.
Check the on/off state of 'CH Output enable/disable flag' (Y1 to Y8).
If 'CH Output enable/disable flag' (Y1 to Y8) is off, correct the sequence
program. In addition, check that the CPU module is not in the STOP status.
Check CH Digital value using the monitor of the engineering tool (buffer
memory batch monitor or intelligent function module monitor). If the value set
to Digital input value is not stored, correct the write program.
Turn on and off 'Operating condition setting request' (Y9) and check that the
analog output is performed properly.
When the output is performed properly, review the sequence program.
