Description and cause
Cycle skipping is detected with the inter-module
synchronization function operating.
Synchronization loss is detected with the inter-
module synchronization function operating.
A hardware failure has occurred in the module.
The data in the flash memory is abnormal.
Action
Execute the EI instruction in a main program to
permit an interrupt.
Set longer inter-module synchronization cycle
or review the synchronization interrupt program
such as reducing the number of steps.
If the error reoccurs even after the adjustment,
the possible cause is a failure of the module.
Please consult your local Mitsubishi
representative.
The module may be affected by noise. Review
and adjust the cable wiring and the installation
environment of the programmable controllers to
restart the system. If the error reoccurs even
after the adjustment, the possible cause is a

Power off and on the module.
If the error occurs again, a failure might have
occurred on the module. Please consult your
local Mitsubishi representative.
