• When the external power supply is turned off while the synchronize modules function operates, 0V/0mA is output from all
the channels. After the external power supply is turned on and the synchronous interrupt program after 'External power
supply READY flag' (X7) turns on is executed, the analog output is restarted.

(1)
Because the external power supply is turned off, 0V/0mA is output.
(2)
'External power supply READY flag' (X7) turns on and the analog output is restarted after the next synchronous interrupt program is executed.
*1 Even when 'External power supply READY flag' (X7) is off, the synchronous interrupt program is executed.
To avoid unnecessary changes of 'CH1 Synchronization digital value' (Un\G9500) during the execution of the synchronous interrupt
program, set 'External power supply READY flag' (X7) as the interlock condition in the program.
*2 Note that the analog output is restarted according to the conversion enable/disable setting and output enable/disable setting after the
synchronous interrupt program after 'External power supply READY flag' (X7) turns on is executed.
• The inter-module synchronization function does not support the synchronization by each channel.
• When the inter-module synchronization function is enabled, the analog output value does not change even though a value
is set to 'CH1 Digital value' (Un\G460). When the inter-module synchronization function is enabled, the value set to 'CH1
Synchronization digital value' (Un\G9500) is the digital value to be converted in analog.
• When the module is set as a synchronization target and the offset/gain setting mode is set in the operation mode setting, an
inter-module synchronization selection offset/gain setting error (error code: 1EA1H) occurs and the module does not
operate.
• When a mode switching setting value is set for 'Mode switching setting' (Un\G296, Un\G297) and 'Operating condition
setting request (Y9)' is turned on, an inter-module synchronization mode switching request error (alarm code: 0D00H)
occurs, 'Alert output signal' (XE) turns on, and the ALM LED lights. In this case, the mode is not switched and the
synchronization processing continues. To clear 'Alert output signal' (XE) and the generated alarm, turn on and off 'Alert
output clear request' (YE).
• When performing the offset/gain setting, set the module as a synchronization non-target, and switch to the normal output
mode to shift the offset/gain setting mode.
• Dedicated instructions cannot be used.
The following shows the operation when a dedicated instruction is executed.
When the G(P).OFFGAN instruction is executed, an inter-module synchronization mode switching request error (alarm code:
0D00H) occurs.
The G(P).OGLOAD instruction is disabled.
When the G(P).OGSTOR instruction is executed, a G(P).OGSTOR instruction execution error in offset/gain setting mode
(error code: 1860H) is stored in the dedicated instruction completion status.
For details on the dedicated instructions, refer to the following.
