Problem
Plastic flows over the top of the insert.
Probable Cause
The weld time is too long.
The insert is being driven too deep.
There is too much interference
between the hole and the insert.

Solution
Decrease the primary weld characteristic.
Reset the bottom stop.
Decrease the primary weld characteristic.
Increase the hole diameter, if possible.
