method_idx - Specify which method will be used.
Dot1x_phase2 can only support MS-CHAPv2 now. So only "1" can be
used for it.
Set method for dot1x_phase1 or dot1x_phase2.
Delete method for dot1x_phase1 or dot1x_phase2.

0: disable.
1: enable.
Only support PEAP now. The method_idx for such phase1 is "1".
Only support MS-CHAPv2 now. The method_idx for such phase2 is
"1".
-e [method_idx]: set method.
-d: delete mehod.
Display current settings of local 802.1x server.
