Use this function to display the minimum temperature measured in the past at sensor
input 1 or 2 (peakhold indicator).
n = Stands for the number of sensor inputs (1 and 2)

Use this function to display the maximum temperature measured in the past at sensor
input 1 or 2 (peakhold indicator).
