Post-connection check

Device condition and specifications
Is the device or cable undamaged (visual inspection)?
Electrical connection
Does the supply voltage match the specifications on
the nameplate?
Do the mounted cables have adequate strain relief?
Are the power supply and signal cables correctly
connected?
Are all the screws terminals sufficiently tightened?
Are all the cable entries installed, tightened and
sealed?
Are all the housing covers installed and tightened?
