Removing and Replacing the A18 MA 20
Tools Required
• T-10 TORX driver (set to 9 in-lb)
• T-20 TORX driver (set to 21 in-lb)
• 5/16-inch open-end torque wrench (set to 10 in-lb)
• ESD grounding wrist strap
Removal Procedure
Refer to Figure 7-13
1. Disconnect the power cord.
2. Remove the outer cover. Refer to
analyzer bottom side up and raise the receiver deck as shown. Refer to
Removing the Receiver Deck" on page 7-8
3. With a 5/16-inch torque wrench, disconnect the two semirigid cables (item
A18 MA 20. It may be necessary to remove these cables completely to allow the
A18 MA 20 to be removed from the analyzer.
