The content of each item displayed in the Condition table dialog is shown below.
Comment: Arbitrary comment applied to the calibration condition
HV(kV):
Accelerating voltage when capturing the displayed image
Mag X:
Magnification of calibration condition
WD(mm):
Working distance when capturing the displayed image
X:
State of calibration to horizontal (X axis) size
Y:
State of calibration to vertical direction (Y axis) size
Z:
State of calibration to height direction (Z axis) size
Flat:
State of calibration to flat surface (flatness)
In each item of X, Y, Z, and Flat, it is displayed by ○ when being calibrated. And it is
displayed by × when being not calibrated. ― is displayed when making a copy of the
calibration condition by the [Copy] button.
The content of the checkbox and the button of the Condition table dialog are shown below.
Always use Condition: Starts under the current calibration condition being applied when
New button:
3D-Image Viewer starts next time. When not checking it, 3D-Image
Viewer is started with the default setting.
Makes newly the calibration condition. The dialog of Figure 7.23-3
opens when clicking the [New] button. As for the paragraph of [HV],
[Mag], and [WD], the condition of the image that is imported is
automatically input from default condition. After inputting the arbitrary
name of calibration condition to the Comment, and clicking the [OK]
button, it is displayed in the Condition table dialog. And then, the
calibration condition is applied. This correction coefficient cannot be
edited even though the correction coefficient to be used for X, Y, Z,
and Flat is displayed when clicking the [More] button shown in
Figure 7.23-3.
