5.5.4 Wait Message Window

The following messages are principally displayed during the processing of an application.

Code Error Message
1200 Now turning on accelerating
voltage.
Please wait.
1230 "Auto Start" is activated.
Please wait.
1240 Now changing the setting for
electron beam.
Please wait.
1245 Now warming up Electron Gun
as it is humid.
Please wait.
(It takes about 3 minutes.)
1248 Now changing the setting for
Observation Condition.
Please wait.
1300 "Auto B/C Adjustment" is
activated.
Please wait.
Countermeasure
This message appears when the HV-ON
slow-up process is started.
It will be closed when the HV-ON is turned on or
the [Cancel] button is clicked.
This message appears when the HV auto start
operation (HV interlock: HV-ON/AFC/ABC) is
started.
It will be closed when AFC and ABC are finished
with HV turned on, or the [Cancel] button is
clicked.
This message appears when beam axis
alignment settings is started.
It will be closed when the beam axis alignment
settings is completed or an internal cancellation
processing occurs.
This message appears when the warming up of
the electron gun is started.
It will be closed when the electron gun warm-up
process is terminated or the [Cancel] button is
clicked.
This message appears when the modification of
observation condition settings is started.
It will be closed when the modification of
observation conditions settings is terminated or
an internal cancellation processing occurs.
This message appears when an auto B/C
adjustment is started.
It will be closed upon termination of the auto B/C
adjustment process.
