Code Error Message
1209 The electron gun or the high
voltage power supply stopped
due to the failure.
Start up the main unit and
application again.
Contact service if the failure
occurs repeatedly.
1210 The high voltage power supply
is wrong.
Start up the main unit and
application again.
Contact service if the failure
occurs repeatedly.
Countermeasure
Abnormality on the high voltage power supply
has been detected. An emission current greater
than 200 μA (an overcurrent) could have been
detected.
Click the [OK] button to close the message.
Verify that no particles are present at the tip of
the filament and the opening of the Wehnelt, and
then restart the system by the following
procedure.
1. Turn off the PC power.
2. Turn off the main unit power.
3. Restart the PC.
4. Turn on the main unit power and start the
application.
If the same message appears repeatedly after
restart of the system, contact the nearest service
representative.
Abnormality on the high voltage power supply
has been detected. Click the [OK] button to
close the message.
Restart the system by the following procedure.
1. Turn off the PC power.
2. Turn off the main unit power.
3. Restart the PC.
4. Turn on the main unit power and start the
application.
If the same message appears repeatedly after
restart of the system, contact the nearest service
representative.
