NOTE : Set the height of the specimen to be focused within the range of 8.5 mm
( 1 mm) that is recommended value. When executing 3D-Image Capture at
outside of recommended range, the following message appears. "The focus is out
of its range. Adjust the specimen height properly. Do you continue?". When clicking
the [OK] button, capture can be executed at the outside of recommended range.
However, the accuracy of 3D display and the measurement with 3D-Image Viewer
might decrease. In case of readjusting the specimen height, click the [Cancel]
button to interrupt 3D-Image Capture, and then adjust it again.
NOTE : The brightness of the image captured by 3D-Image Capture slightly becomes
darker than that of the previous observation image. The purpose of this is to adjust
not to saturate the brightness of all images captured with four detection elements,
therefore, this is normal performance.
NOTE : When executing 3D-Image Capture, the angle of the rotation is set to a regulated
value automatically. After the capture ends, the angle returns former angle. Rotate
and adjust the direction of the specimen holder set in the sample stage when
changing the rotation angle of the image view.
NOTE : 3D-Image Capture can save only image data regardless of the setting of "Setting
for Save" window. Neither information nor the comment is saved together with the
image data.
NOTE : Auto B/C is executed to adjust the brightness of the image when changing the
scanning mode after 3D-Image Capture.
