NOTE :
Calibration is needed depending on each specimen material or observation
condition. Calibration is to be performed to enhance precision of height
measurement.
See 7.22 Calibration of 3D Measurement.
NOTE :
The height measured by 3D-VIEW is relatively based on the calibrated Z value.
When the Z-calibration has not been executed, it is relatively measured using
the initial value "Default". Therefore, the absolute value of height cannot be
measured by 3D-VIEW.
NOTE :
Under certain observation conditions, a shadow may occur on the image near
the lowest magnification, making it impossible to accurately display or measure
a 3D image. In such a case, increase the magnification, and perform capturing
in a condition where there is no shadow on the screen.
NOTE :
In the observation at high magnification (2,000x or more), the position of the
image obtained by scanning four times might shift because of sample drift. In
that case, neither three dimensional display nor the measurement is correctly
performed.
NOTE :
Even if Fine or Fine & High Contrast is set in the Image Optimize, it is not
reflected in the captured image by 3D-Image.
