2. Display Data Setting

Switches the image displayed in the image view.
The following images can be displayed. : SEM image [SEM], 16-color contour line image
[Contour16], 256-color contour line image [Contour256], bird's-eye-view image [BirdView],
calculated image composing of four element's signals.
The color bar shown in Figure 7.10-4 is displayed when selecting a color contour line image.
By clicking the color bar, the Level step dialog appears for inputting the maximum/minimum
and Step values so that contour settings can be changed. Click the [Default] button to reset
the value.

[Zoom]
This function is effective when selecting [BirdView] from the [Image] pull down list box.
Displays a bird's-eye-view image expanded/reduced in the height direction at a specified
magnification.
